CEO Update to Clients and Partners

To Our Clients and Partners,
I wanted to take the opportunity to reach out to our clients and partners to reaffirm our position and commitment to all of you, and to highlight our ability to support you during these challenging times.
Like every business across the world we have been assessing how our marketplace will change, both during the peak Covid phase, but also during the adverse environment that may last well into 2021. We have been talking to all of our clients as they assess their own businesses, and whilst Pharma and healthcare is one of the least affected sectors, there are clearly a range of industry challenges that we are all adapting to.
More so than ever, we have a responsibility to look after the welfare of our people, and with over 750 staff worldwide, we have been pleased that the robust continuity of our business has given much needed job security to our talented workforce. What this means for you and your colleagues is that you will see no disruption in our ability to deliver projects and activities to the usual high standards you would expect from OPEN Health. We hear every day of companies having to make difficult decisions regarding redundancies, some even within our own sector, but at OPEN health we continue to grow and can be relied upon to support you, your customers and patients during these unprecedented and changing times.
OPEN Health operates in three core market areas:
- Medical Communications: delivering publication planning, medical communications and learning and development programmes.
- Value. Informatics. Evidence: delivering HEOR modelling, strategic market access, real world evidence, patient reported outcomes and health informatics.
- Patient and Brand Communications: delivering advertising, PR and patient engagement programmes
A core strength of the group is our digital team, that supports clients across all of our practice areas, which has allowed us to deliver many projects successfully in the virtual world as face to face interactions have hit the ‘Pause’ button.
